**Learning Experience Designer/Specialist

We’re in an exciting period of growth, and we’re looking for the right person to join the Australian team to design innovative digital learning solutions and grow with us.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Needs analysis and concept generation across a range of VET, Corporate and education projects, ensuring all solutions are designed to achieve clear learning outcomes (and aligned to ASQA where required).
- Ideating and storyboarding innovative learning solutions that create real impact for our clients.
- Be part of a small, progressive company building a global profile Working collaboratively and flexibly

**What we’re looking for**:
Someone who’s down to earth, naturally creative, a team player and has a ‘can-do’ problem-solving nature. You’ll bring superb communication skills along with an uncanny knack for sense-making and attention to detail. You’ll be working in a team/project-based environment, so you’ll need to bring your personal organisation, interpersonal communication and collaborative A-game.
- Is well rounded, and has relevant experience as a learning consultant and designer, preferably with experience in both VET and corporate L&D.
- Have proven experience conducting needs analysis and designing innovative solutions.
- Have proven ability to manage your own work, e.g. shifting deadlines, competing priorities, and workloads.
- Have demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and take on feedback (from clients and internally) during the design and development process.
- Has experience or exposure to human-centred design or design thinking (and naturally thinks outside the box).
- Experience designing a variety of digital and blended learning solutions (e.g. online self-led and facilitated learning, immersive reality, animation etc) and experience in creating blended and digital learning programmes and resources
- Bring interest and inspiration from outside of the world of L&D, VET and e-learning - for example from other creative, design, digital or marketing fields. Be up for a variety of learning needs and challenges - every project is different and agency life is ever changing
