Base salary is flexible based on the experience level of the successful applicant, and the Executive Search Associate will become eligible to earn performance-linked bonuses. All our staff and their families have access to an Employee Assistance Programme.

**Summary**

Reporting to the Global Head of Research, the Associate will be part of a team of experienced specialist recruiters and researchers responsible for delivering exceptional work for Board, C-suite and senior management level roles.

The core responsibility of the role is to provide end-to-end delivery of the executive search process whilst partnering with senior stakeholders. The Associate will initially work under the guidance of senior researchers and in collaboration with the global research team working towards standing on their own feet.

Swann has been delivering Executive Search and Management Consulting solutions to clients within the natural resources sector globally for 28 years. Joining our team will expose you to very interesting project work in different countries. The role offers an opportunity to enhance research skills, while developing industry knowledge along with client management and project management abilities.

**Accountabilities**:

- Build an optimal sourcing strategy to deliver timely outcomes to clients;
- Provide innovative sourcing strategies and effective talent acquisition solutions
- Interact with senior industry contacts and the wider Swann network

**The Person**
- 4+ years’ experience in a client-facing role within executive search, recruitment, project management or another professional services context
- Excellent research credentials with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Highly professional, mature individual with experience working with senior stakeholders from various cultures/ countries
- A driven individual with a ‘can do’ attitude and motivated to deliver
- Exceptional attention to detail; strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- An analytical thinker who thrives on problem solving, demonstrating an ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Proven ability to work with confidential information
- Understanding of databases and CRMs
- Experience in the natural resources, energy, industrials, chemicals, engineering, construction and/or manufacturing sectors would be ideal, but any industry will be considered
- Resilient, flexible and have a great sense of humour
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
