The team behind the Melbourne institution, Maha, are opening a stunning new cocktail lounge right next door and this is your chance to be a part of it. Jayda is set to be one of the hottest new openings of the year where guests will enjoy signature cocktails that have been curated in conjunction with 2018 World Class Bartender of the Year, Orlando Marzo. Our chefs have created a drinks friendly menu with lots of delicious snacks as well as some more substantial items to suit every type of experience. All of this will be against the backdrop of a luxury fit out that hints at the opulence of a bygone era.

The Role

We believe in delivering memorable experiences and exceeding expectations, and as bar manager, you will be on the frontline providing attentive, warm, and humble service to our guests. You will oversee bar operations in the venue as part of the management team including; training, menu development, cocktail creation, daily operations such as cleaning schedules and ordering, customer service and stock control
