We require experienced an Supervisor and Team Leader as a key member of the Manufacturing Team whose primary responsibility is supervising trades maintenance works for leading FOOD processing plant

This position requires working closely with the trades and supporting process and production teams.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring all maintenance KPI's are achieved - on time delivery of production outputs etc.
- Supervise trades to support and ensure manufacturing team priorities are met
- Building relationship across production, engineering, and maintenance teams
- Upgrades and improvements to safety systems
- Contribute to identifying and implementing maintenance change initiatives

**Skills required**:

- Significant experience in process and piping plant
- Mechanical/piping trade qualifications or relevant experience
- Leadership skills combined with an ability to motivate others in team
- Practical frontline supervision experience
- SAP Maintenance systems
- Strong focus on safety
