**Job Description**:

Based in Melbourne's Western Suburbs, The TOMRA Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager and is responsible for processing inventory and stock request’s, receiving and dispatching goods (new and used), safe operation of warehouse, inventory maintenance, supporting logistics functions and equipment readiness for installations. This includes pick, pack and dispatch of goods, following up with freight providers on order status’s and responsible for maintaining the safety and overall integrity of the warehouse.

All parts management will be done through IFS, TOMRA’s ERP system. This is a hands-on role where the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor (VIC) will regularly be supporting the team in a practical capacity.

Other duties and responsibilities include:

- Responsible for receiving purchased parts/stock, stock replenishment, including consumables both physically and in IFS
- Maintaining and controlling inventory standards set in the warehouse, with ability to put forward suggestions for continuous improvement
- Responsible for picking, packing and dispatching inventory and goods according to automatic tasks in IFS and requests put through by other departments
- Responsible for receiving and sorting all parts returned from the field (i.e. placing parts into correct pallets/containers)
- Responsible for maintaining equipment readiness, for quick deployment of machines for installations
- Responsible for maintaining inventory integrity in the warehouse
- Assisting and participating in stock takes
- Any other duty as provided by management
- Responsible for maintaining warehouse site safety, and reporting any issues immediately to the Supply Chain Manager and reporting in DoneSafe
- Ensure compliance with TOMRA SAFE Standards and Guidelines.
- Understand your responsibilities under SafeWork guidelines
- Ensure all incidents and hazards at work are reported accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure you undertake your work safely
- Consult with workers regarding health and safety issues
- Ensure your workspace is safe and free of hazards

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- MS Office and ERP Systems experience
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Forklift Licence (Not essential
- but must be willing to obtain one)
- People leading experience
- First Aid (CPR And General)
- A fit for work medical including drug and alcohol testing will be part of the process
