The Role

Civeo Australia are looking for highly experienced FIFO Catering Managers (with a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Chef Trade Certificate) to join our WA Operations on a full-time basis to assist in providing first-class service to our Camps based throughout our WA network. These roles are FIFO and working an 8:6 roster flying from Perth airport.

**Experience**:

- Proven track record in Mine Site Catering, hotel or restaurant background or associated industry
- Demonstrated successful staff management experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in Chef Management in the service, hospitality or similar industry.
- Experience in understanding and managing a Profit and Loss statement.
- Experience in Menu development
- Experience with ISO, HACCP and other relevant quality standards.
- Highly developed negotiation skills with client relationship management and support
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Excel.A working knowledge of JDE and Triniteq, software desirable but not essential.

**Skills and Knowledge Required**:

- Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Chef Trade certificate (NVQ Level 4/City & Guilds accepted)
- Applied knowledge of HACCP principles in a bulk cooking environment
- Ability to create service schedules on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Applied knowledge of workplace safety systems and compliance requirements
- Budgetary and analytical skills
