**Your Mission**

This newly established role—**AVP, Program Delivery APAC**, will lead a small team to deliver a large-scale project based in **Melbourne**. You'll be at the forefront of strategic implementation, ensuring that project objectives align seamlessly with overall business goals and deliver maximum value. You'll be responsible for driving the successful completion of the project, managing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining a high standard of delivery excellence.

**What You Will Do**
- Strategic Program Leadership: Lead assigned programmes, aligning them with organisational goals and objectives.
- End-to-End Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
- Identify and mitigate risks, addressing challenges to minimise impact on programme delivery.
- Resource Optimisation: Effectively allocate personnel, budget, and technology to support programme activities.
- Implement quality assurance to exceed customer expectations and meet regulatory requirements.
- Drive change management for new technologies and processes.
- Analyse delivery, identify enhancements, and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular, clear reports and communications to leadership and stakeholders on programme status and outcomes.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

**What You Bring to the Role**
- Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Experience within a similar digital health environment or SaaS company.
- Experience managing large, complex projects.
- Experience managing a small team.
- Knowledge of running software implementation projects.
