**About the Role**

The Activity Centre Division works across State Government and with local government, industry and the community to implement the Government’s Activity Centre Program. The Project Support Officer role supports the development and delivery of Planning Controls within Activity Centres. The role supports stakeholder and community engagement, prepares a range of project documents, monitors and reports on project status, contributing to risk and issue management, contribute to the processes for project procurement and contract management and establishes and maintains relationships with multiple stakeholders.

**Position Outcomes**
- The Program Delivery Officer plays a crucial role in both independent and collaborative environments to enhance stakeholder and community engagement, particularly in the development and delivery of Activity Centres. They support the analysis and reporting of feedback from these groups to further inform and refine the development of Activity Centres.
- This role involves providing high-level administrative and project management support to aid the successful execution of the Activity Centres Program. This includes managing various administrative tasks essential for the program’s operations.
- The officer also facilitates engagement with key stakeholders across various sectors, including government, local government, community groups, and the development industry, ensuring comprehensive communication and cooperation.
- Additionally, they assist the team by preparing quality minutes, agendas, papers, presentations, speaking notes, and correspondence, ensuring all are completed punctually and to a high standard. They enhance the team's effectiveness by fostering knowledge sharing and supporting a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

**Qualifications and role specific requirements**

**Desirable**
- Experience as project support or business support officer desirable.
- Experience in managing administrative and recording processes.
