Bankstown Sports is a one-stop destination for all. Our venues include the Lady Banks Rooftop Bar and the Basement Brewhouse, along with diverse food offerings across Italian, Asian, and middle eastern cuisines, just to name a few. The Group operates six clubs as well as a state of the art 600 seat theatre, a large Grand Ballroom and an extensive range of facilities to host events of all kinds along with a commercial office tower.
About the Role
This role is responsible for providing business advisory services to the full breadth of our organisation in matters of workplace or employee relations, WHS, recruitment and more and will work closely with the People and CUlture Business Partner in the management of matters.
Our People and Culture team is dedicated to the Employee Experience of our people at Bankstown Sports, by pushing people-related innovations and enabling structures for good governance, all whilst employing a business partnering approach to organisational support.
This is a full-time position for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to (position description available for more information):
- Interpret legislation, policies, procedures, and external advice, and provide personalised and relevant advice to stakeholders for informed decision-making purposes
- Assist employees by answering enquiries or through general problem resolution relating to their employment, their relationships within the organisation, and their employment conditions
- Coordinate RTW/Recover at Work plans and work with the Worker’s Compensation insurer and/or broker to achieve good rehabilitation results for employees and the organisation
- Bring the Culture Values of Bankstown Sports to life through your work and interactions
