**About the Role**

Use your customer service skills to provide guests with a personalized and memorable experience.

**Duties**
- Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests at the poolside by expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
- Attend to guest needs and request by the pool, including provision of towels, sunscreen and other amenities.
- Take guests food and beverage orders, making recommendations and advising of menu options.
- Serve food and beverages to the poolside promptly following appropriate procedures.
- Record transactions using MICROS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of poolside.
- Communicate with guests, other employees, and/or departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
- Complete scheduled inventories of supplies, food, and liquor, check stock and requisition necessary supplies, work orders for maintenance repairs.

**Skills & Experience**
- Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
- I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
- Experience working in customer service role preferable
- First Aid qualification desirable
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia
