About the Role
- The position provides direct psychiatric clinical services to patients of the Divisions/Health Services within the mental health service and supervision to medical officers and RANCZP trainees.
- It is expected the position provides psychiatric clinical services out of business hours to the advertised location.
- It is expected that the position will support the Divisional/Clinical Directors of Divisions/Health Services: Addiction and Access Services, Division of Adult Mental Health Services (PAH, Logan and Bayside), Older Adults, Child and Youth, Consultation Liaison Services and some additional state-wide services.
- To provide a collaborated working relationship with psychiatrists of Divisions/Health Services: Director of Governance, Director of Social Inclusion and Recovery, Director of Therapies and Allied Health, and Director of Nursing. This collaboration will ensure provision of evidence informed Mental Health Care while promoting budget integrity.
