So, if you want to be part of a values led organisation, that is a leader in the insurance industry with a track record of making a real difference and continuously taking steps toward a sustainable future for our people, customers, communities, and our planet, read on- Let’s create a brighter future together, let’s make a difference- A great opportunity exists as Head Agile & Continuous Improvement reporting to Chief of Technology & Strategy.- We are in the process of transforming the way we work to a system of Value Driven Delivery which includes creating a step change in our 5 systems of Intent, Portfolio & planning, organisation, flow of work and culture.- This role is responsible for stewarding the agile & continuous improvement framework, methodology, tools & culture within the transformation project for the remainder of this year and support the business in moving towards embedding new ways of working and continuously improving - not just what we work on but how we do it.- You will be the champion of continuously assessing and support our business in reimagining how we do things to focus on what truly matters to customers. This enables us to be more efficient, serve more of our customers’ and partners’ needs, work together to make ambitious things happen fast and make Zurich a great place to be. This initiative includes influencing senior stakeholders and management to adopt and support agile ways of working, lean and a continuous improvement mindset by introducing and iterating on new ways of working across the organisation.- You will lead a team of Agile Coaches, the Chapter of Agile Delivery Managers (or Scrum Masters), The Lean process excellence chapter and a collection of continuous improvement and continuous delivery managers.- Important to your success - let’s grow together- You will have experience in the following:
- Track record of implementing/and or operationalizing complex Enterprise-wide organisation transformation
- Agile Organisational design
- Agile Craft (Technical) experience, ideally with deep coaching expertise
- Lean expertise
- Known as a builder of followership and engagement with change, storytelling, and data literacy.
- Draws on and leads with Innovative thinking.
- Expert Stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
- High Learning Agility, leverages their network and external research to continuously improve.
- Effective communicator - simplifies and distils complex topics to enable business decisions.
- Attuned collaborator has deep business acumen but seeks cross functional insights and connections.
- Understands context to make decisions that maximise growth and improvement, ability to drive decisions and tradeoffs.
