ABOUT THIS ROLE

Audible is looking to hire a TA Operations Manager to drive recruiting processes and procedures that support the execution of the APAC Talent Acquisition team.

As a TA Operations Manager, you will...
- Ensure recruiting processes are aligned with the company's strategy and future recruiting needs.
- Manage multiple priorities, manage and drive results in alignment with the standard metrics and service level agreements.
- Work with recruiters and TA Operations team to identify areas for improvement as well as build process and SLAs where they do not exist.
- Support TA Team with onboarding and train new recruiting coordinators and recruiters.
- Support employee onboarding, from point of offer until employee start date; including but not limited to liaison with HRS/ onboarding across Amazon & Audible; systems support for Workday (and People Portal as required).
- Support international transfers including but not limited to; liason with the transfers team, immigration and compliance.
- Identify operational weaknesses and help improve existing or develop new processes.
- Ensure effective use of recruiting tools to drive consistency in process.
- Serve as point-of-contact for our Recruiting Leaders regarding technical and procedural questions and/or challenges related to the recruiting process.

Basic Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced high volume environment.
- Proven experience implementing or changing a recruiting process that resulted in high impact.
- Intermediate experience in MS Outlook and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
- Adept at learning new software and web-based tools.
