As the **TA Insight Optimisation Lead**, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of data-driven talent strategies at CBA. You will be accountable for leading the insights optimisation for Talent Acquisition, ensuring that our data, reporting, models and tools are elevated, supporting our people to draw meaningful insights and inform talent strategies within CBA.

Our Talent Acquisition and Career Transitions team delivers exceptional experiences and solutions for our people and leaders to enhance hiring practices and career transitions across the Group. You’ll play a pivotal role in evolving our recruitment experiences by enabling data-driven decisions that inform business strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Implementing and monitoring**technologies, techniques, and processes to capture and enhance business intelligence.
- **Guiding the team in AI adoption**, ensuring alignment with Group standards and responsible use of emerging technologies.
- **Maintaining and enhancing**capacity, productivity, and forecasting models and tools to support operational efficiency.
- **Building strong connections**with TA Leaders, HR teams, and the broader business to surface opportunities and resolve challenges.
- **Establishing data governance standards**to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and risk mitigation.
- **Staying current with industry trends**in data analytics, data science, and technology, and sharing relevant insights with the team.
- **Enhancing reporting activity**within Talent Acquisition, streamlining processes and improving visibility across key metrics.
