**The Role**
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the TAS Department providing assistance to teaching staff, resource organisation and administrative support including ordering, processing of resources and ensuring equipment is in safe working order
- Assist, particularly in the workshop environment alongside teaching staff

**You**
- Very good level of organisation and planning
- Skills across a range of design areas, including workshop technologies
- Construction skills which will enable the support of senior students in the completion of more complex project work
- Experience with new technologies such as laser cutting and digital technologies is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided
- IT skills and the ability to complete online orders and keep dept resource records etc
- Experience working within a school environment is desirable.
- Valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check or ability to gain one.
- Very good communication skills
- Able to work independently and with initiative in a collaborative work environment.
- Calm, professional, positive demeanour
- Adaptability and willingness to support the culture and values of the School.
- A sense of humour.
- All employees must comply with current Public Health Orders pertaining to COVID-19 vaccinations. All must be double vaccinated for COVID-19 or able to meet the exemption criteria as determined by NSW Health._
