We are seeking a hands-on duty manager to become a part of a team within the walls of one of the most historical pubs in Sydney. Whilst retaining its old world charm and hamper style bar, its style of Al fresco, wine bar, are seeking a person that brings passion for hospitality for the industry, and a keen eye for customer service.

Your role:
As the manager on duty you will be responsible for 3 areas within the Hotel, the day to day shift operations at their venue, while driving revenue and managing stock control and task allocations for the team. Within this role you will need to have a hands on approach with food and beverage, know your way around POS systems, as a manager on duty you will need to know how to refill ATMS to help out in the gaming room, be comfortable and confident of compliance and dealings with authorities
