**About the role**
Reporting to the PMO Lead (Enterprise Delivery) you will be responsible for co-ordinating project management processes and controls to support and balance the workload of the project (including: levels of project support, financial management, data tracking, knowledge management, ensuring quality and consistency and the completion of fact based reporting, etc).
This is a 12 month maximum term contract based in Melbourne.
**Key Accountabilities**
**Project Support**
- Provide effective governance and controls.
- Maintain and support necessary processes, templates, and tools.
- Ensure data quality and availability.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of project reporting.
**Reporting and Tracking**
- Establish, maintain, and report on:
- Financials
- Issues, risks, changes, and dependencies
- Deliverable performance and sign-off
- Metrics
- Benefits tracking and reporting
**Meeting Coordination**
- Coordinate project meetings, including agendas, pre-meeting materials, minutes, attendance tracking, and action monitoring.
**Risk and Issue Management**
- Identify, track, and address potential slippage, issues, risks, changes, cost overruns, and dependencies.
**Knowledge Management**
- Manage the project knowledge base, on-boarding, and handover processes.
- Provide administrative support to the project.
**General Responsibilities**
- Identify and escalate risks and issues.
- Work flexibly and collaboratively with team members.
- Demonstrate ethical and professional behaviors, ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and internal policies.
**What we're looking for**
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in business and project roles.
- Project Management: Familiarity with frameworks, governance, tools, and templates; experience in financials and coordination.
- Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and advanced MS Excel proficiency.
- Attributes: High work ethic, flexibility, professionalism, and emotional maturity
