**Your new company**

**Your new role**
This role is to provide the project team with high quality project administration and support services, and rudimentary business analysis assistance, operating within a hybrid Prince2 and Agile Scrum context.
In this role you will be working as a Project Analyst in close consultation with POAS Senior Project Manager, PMO, CSV Procurement Advisor, CSV Finance:
- Maintain the MS Project, project schedule, dependencies, and critical path.
- Assist with the creation of Project Status Reports (PSR).
- Organise Project Control Group (PCG) meetings, keep meeting notes, track meeting actions.
- Maintain project budget financials, reporting and reconciliation including forecasts, actuals, accruals, purchase order creation, supplier invoice tracking and Team Timesheet Tracking.
- Create pages and maintain POAS project SharePoint site and associated folders.
You will be involved in part of a BA role as below:
- Analyse, collate, translate and review high-level requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories with acceptance criteria.
- Develop, review and maintain business process maps and processes, and POAS Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Review supplier designed wireframes and prototypes for completeness against documented requirements.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated ability to undertake project support and business analysis within a Hybrid Waterfall (Prince2)/Agile Scrum environment with experience in requirement elicitation, gathering, documentation and management.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate groups across multiple disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, including taking initiative, providing regular updates on your work, seeking, and providing support as required.
- Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems and try new approaches to achieve work outcomes, leveraging a strong analytical mindset.
- Demonstrated effective stakeholder management skillset which encompasses communication, persuasion and working collaboratively.
