**About the Role**
Work closely with CEVAW members to tailor content for publications, resources, and E-Learning modules. Use your expertise to transform cutting-edge research into accessible evidence, resources, and engagement activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating the creation of CEVAW’s knowledge translation and engagement (KTE) publications and resources. Contributing to the written content of factsheets, research syntheses, multi-media resources and special collections. Project management in the preparation/commissioning of such media.
- Supporting Centre Directors with organising the content and logistics of initiatives and activities such as forums, conferences, workshops, webinars and other events and presentations.
- Analysing and assessing information on violence against women in the context of knowledge translation and exchange, policy submissions and providing expert advice.
- Responding to various government inquiries, and complex enquiries from stakeholders about KTE related matters and e-learning opportunities.
**Who We Are Looking For**
You will boast a noteworthy background of translating and disseminating complex information, coupled with a unique ability to convey intricate details in plain English for diverse audiences. Your expertise extends into government, community services, advocacy, education, and/or research, particularly in addressing issues related to violence against women and/or their children.
You will also have:
- A qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Community or International Development, Education, and/or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability in knowledge translation, exchange, implementation and/or dissemination of complex information, including solid analytic and strategic thinking skills.
- Well-developed project management, organisational and administrative skills; and the ability to effectively determine priorities and achieve defined outcomes within strict deadline.
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills, including the capacity to build and maintain positive professional relationships and partnerships with non-government and government stakeholders.

The Australia Research Council Centre of Excellence for the Elimination of Violence against Women (CEVAW) is the world’s first centre to tackle the full range of forms of violence against women in Australia and the Indo-Pacific region. The team will work to generate fundamental knowledge and pioneering new, evidence-based approaches to inform trajectory-altering practice and policy.
CEVAW comprises 14 chief investigators at seven Australian institutions, 15 partner investigators worldwide, 33 partner organisations and over 100 HDR (Higher Degree by Research) students and postdoctoral fellows.
