To support the changes we are making to existing systems across the organisation as part of a joint IT and People & Culture project, we need a **HR Systems Training Lead** to join our team. This role will be offered as a** Permanent** **Fixed-Term for 12 months, **with possibility for extension.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Organisational Change Manager, you will have overall accountability for ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, training needs and business readiness across the People & Culture program of work. Your key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring fit for purpose learning initiatives are tailored and aligned to occupational and organisation needs.
- Designing, developing, and delivering training, tools, artefacts and resources for the end-user’s interaction with systems across the organisation as part of a project lifecycle.
- Liaising and working closely with our Organisational Development team to schedule in-house or field programs designed around workplace performance.

**About You**

To be successful, you have previous experience in a similar role designing and delivering training and resources for systems changes. You will have experience delivering face-to-face and virtual training, and workshop facilitation. To excel, you will need excellent written, oral and visual communication skills, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. Certificate IV TAE would be advantageous, however not essential.
