**Mymoto** are currently seeking a highly motivated** Marketing Coordinator** to join our team and kick-start their career in the exciting Automotive world. Reporting to the Head of Digital Strategy, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the marketing activities and strategies for the mymoto rewards program used by over 40 car dealers in WA & VIC.

**ROLE**

Join our team and take on an exciting role where you will co-ordinate:

- ** Mymoto brand and rewards program creative** for all online and printed promotional materials
- ** Social media management**:

- ** Database marketing** (Mailchimp & Twilio)
- ** Communications with discount providers**:

- ** Liaise with existing third-party relationships**:

- ** Assist in the development** of the new rewards app with the internal tech team
- ** Collaborate with Autoleague dealer marketing team** for training, social media, and promotional materials
- ** Resolve issues** faced by customers and dealers using the rewards program
- ** Report on EDM, member engagement, website analytics, and social insights**:

- ** General administrative support** (Xero)
- ** Assist with marketing and promotional events**

**YOU**:

- Previous experience in marketing or membership role, with a strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Creativity, decisiveness, forward-thinking, and commercial awareness.
- Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs is highly regarded.
- Self-starter with a positive and energetic attitude
- A tertiary qualification in marketing is desirable
