**Our Family**:

- We are assisting a warm and busy family of four in Hendra who are seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive family assistant to support their household and two energetic little boys (aged almost 4 and 1). About the Family Mum and Dad both work, with Dad travelling frequently for his role. Their boys are active, outdoorsy, and love playgrounds, swimming, bike rides, cars, blocks, pretend play, and reading. The family thrives on routine but keeps things light hearted with plenty of laughs as they navigate the big toddler feelings. Role Objective The primary goal of this role is to bring calm and consistency to the household. The family are seeking someone who can provide structured support with household organisation, as well as occasional care for the children around daycare and evening routines. About the Children Son (almost 4 years old): Energetic, smart, funny, and full of personality. Loves playground climbing, reading, cars, blocks, and shows like Blippi and Paw Patrol. Building a strong connection is key as he can be clingy - knowing when to match his energy or give him space helps things run smoothly. Son (1 year old): A cheeky, adventurous little brother who loves copying his older brother. He's thriving with his speech, adores the outdoors, and is generally a very happy boy, though he has been a bit trickier on routines.
