RWW Group is seeking an individual to fill the role of an Embroidery Machine Operator, this will be a full time position with the first 6 months being a casual probationary period. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and operating embroidery machines, framing garments accurately and maintaining high-quality standards in every product that is produced. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our finished products meet the exceptional standards that RWW Group is known for. The ideal candidate will possess an outstanding attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Additional responsibilities could include picking orders in the warehouse, completing the QA checks before production, operating the heat press machine in our printing department and folding and completing a final QC check and packing the order. This can be discussed further in the job interview.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machine Programming: Utilise embroidery machine software to program and set up machines for various designs and patterns according to customer specifications.
  • Garment Framing: Accurately frame each garment on the embroidery machine, ensuring precise alignment and placement for optimal results.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet RWW Group's high standards.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and efficiency in production processes.
  • Maintaining Equipment: Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage work schedules to meet production deadlines and customer delivery expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Just a great attitude to succeed and an eye for detail
  • Previous embroidery experience is advantageous but not a requirement as all training will be provided.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Lifting and moving of materials and garments as needed.
