**About the Team**

The IT team is spread across QLD, VIC, SA and WA and service our Australian and New Zealand employees and offices. You will be part of a hardworking and good-humoured team who form part of our greater IT team, made up of Systems Administrators, Systems Engineers and SAP specialists. This role is based at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence (MILVEHCOE) in Redbank, Ipswich, QLD.

**About the Role**

You will be responsible for supporting primarily the administration of the Rheinmetall Defence Australia’s Teamcentre and CAD environments. The role will also include the ongoing development of system, training documentation and troubleshooting issues where they arise.
- As the
- **Application Support**, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:

- Provide Level 1/2 Teamcenter support to resolve key systemic production issues sent from IT support team;
- Create and manage user accounts;
- Implement system governance, process and procedure;
- Support the installation, configuration and management of Teamcenter;
- Perform tests for environment integrity and performance;
- Continuously support the improvement and optimisation of the system;
- Monitor Teamcenter regularly and ensure services and automated scripts scheduled on the server machines are properly running;
- Create and develop scripts or 3rd party solutions to enable effective system health monitoring;
- Perform Teamcenter system administrator activities;
- Communicate with IT Management and Engineering stream leads to ensure that both IT and business are aware of system issues/change; and
- Support end users with specific queries relating to CAD/Design software that interface with Teamcenter and other PDM solutions in place (Catia, NX, Agile).

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

- Proven experience in a similar Application Support role;
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Computer Science or a similar disciple;
- Experience with Manufacturing and Engineering environments would be highly desirable;
- High attention to detail and strong time-management skills;
- An ability to be flexible with work hours in order to be available for urgent production systemic issues, and deploying system changes;
- Ability to travel internationally and interstate, when required; and
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (must hold Australian Citizenship).
