**Key Responsibilities**:
**Contract Lifecycle Management**:

- Lead the comprehensive management of intricate contracts, ensuring strict adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Craft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including detailed power purchase agreements, service contracts, and vendor agreements.

**Commercial Strategy Development**:

- Formulate and execute forward-thinking commercial strategies, leveraging extensive market insights to optimize business opportunities and align with organizational objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market analyses and assess industry trends to inform and enhance strategic decision-making.

**Risk Mitigation and Management**:

- Identify, assess, and proactively manage sophisticated commercial risks, employing a strategic approach to safeguard the organization's interests.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to implement robust risk mitigation measures and maintain compliance with stringent industry standards.

**Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all levels.
- Provide strategic commercial support to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative working environment and ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.

**Financial Analysis and Budget Oversight**:

- Conduct meticulous financial analyses related to commercial contracts, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with finance teams to manage budgetary aspects of complex commercial projects and contracts.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial activities, providing insightful reports to support continuous improvement.
- Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track the performance of commercial initiatives and contracts.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years experience in roles related to commercial management, preferably within the energy sector.
- In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to energy contracts.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully developing and implementing commercial strategies.
