**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mailroom duties
- Assist with handling reception and phone inquiries.
- Provide administrative support.
- Issue and program access passes.
- Maintain safety and security.
- Welcome and sign in visitors.
- Procurement of facility supplies.
- Building audits.
- Meeting room set-ups.
- Event support.
