Exciting News: TeamKids has been approved for the Early Childhood Education & Care Retention Payment That means our remarkable Educators will now earn an extra 10% on top of their award wage. All TeamKids leadership roles are assessed based on the complexity and size of the service. Final salary is confirmed during offer, aligned to our internal salary bands and the Children’s Services Award.

Who is TeamKids?

TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

Job Description

This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You’ll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Croydon Park NSW 2133

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 9:00am and 2:00pm - 6:00pm plus 8 hours admin

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
