The role of the Nursing and Midwifery Clinical Informatics Analyst involves reviewing and actively contributing to the enhancement of workflows created to facilitate the implementation, adoption, and effective utilisation of the functionalities within the Bacchus Marsh and Melton Electronic Medical Record Transition Project solutions.

**To be Successful in this Role, you will**:

- Have a current Registered Nurse or Midwife AHPRA Registration
- Have a clinical background of atleast 2 years, with strong clinical workflow knowledge, business analysis skills and project delivery experience
- Have past experience in a tertiary hospital environment, displaying comprehensive understanding of clinical workflows in acute and sub-acute inpatient settings
- Be proficient in functioning autonomously and within a complex team environment
- Have demonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external professionals and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Be familiar with Oracle Health EMR or an equivalent EMR system
