**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Technical Officer Grade 3 **to be part of our Wireless Network Group team within the Communication Services Command. The Technical Officer Grade 3 provides 24 hour/7 days support to the radio technical infrastructure utilised by the NSWPF and provides a coordinated approach to infrastructure management, maintenance and the operational needs of all users.

**Target Question 1**:
Provide an example of a time when you have repaired, maintained, replaced, or installed radio communications equipment. What steps did you take to diagnose the issue and how did you ensure that the system was restored? What WHS factors did you consider?

Describe your experience in managing multiple competing priorities in an ICT project environment. How did you manage your assigned tasks and what constraints did you take into consideration when prioritising project tasks?
