**What we’re looking for**

You are an established People & Culture Business Partner who thrives under pressure, is focused on achieving results in innovative, dynamic, fast-paced organisation, using strong communication, analytical and project management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications related to Human Resources and/or Industrial Relations are desirable.
- Demonstrate experience managing all related HR Activities including end to end support to a diverse portfolio of operational business units in a project environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to translate HR objectives into day-to-day operational deliverables.
- Proficiency in providing general HR and IR advice, support, and guidance in utilising your working knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Previous experience in the utilities sector or blue-collar industry/union representation is desirable.
- Support managers with the interpretation of, and adherence to, policies and procedures and interpretation of employment legislation.
