At Ashford College, we are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to undertake the following responsibilities.
- Contributing to the planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement of administrative services within the college, including setting priorities and establishing service quality standards.
- Managing the allocation of staff, facilities, and resources to support academic and administrative operations.
- Delegating tasks to staff members and overseeing their performance to ensure efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and financial accounts for the college office.
- Collaborating with academic staff, faculty members, and external professionals to coordinate college activities and resolve operational issues.
- Overseeing the upkeep and availability of office equipment, technology, and supplies to support teaching and administrative functions.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements within the campus environment.
- Monitoring and ensuring all administrative processes align with relevant education sector legislation, policies, and institutional procedures.
- Coordinating human resources functions, including recruitment, promotions, performance reviews, payroll, professional development, and supervision of administrative staff.

Pay: From $76,650.00 per year
