**Office Manager / CEO Assistant**

Cams Cords was established in 2010 and has recently relocated to Geelong with a new owner. With a current team of 6 we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to assist the CEO with the current expansion the business is experiencing.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting in overseeing daily business operations
- Assisting in developing and maintaining team culture
- Enhancing efficiencies and processes for increased staff productivity
- Formulating and owning policies and SOPs
- Engage and build strong customer relations
- Generating reports and analysis
- Ecommerce experience would be great but not mandatory
- Provide ongoing support to the CEO

**Customer Service**:

- Managing online chat/help function
- Facebook / Instagram / Tiktok / Pinterest enquiries

**Managing Online Store**
- Printing orders (twice a day)
- Updating inventory
- Adding new stock
- Reporting

**Managing Staff**
- Directing staff during day
- Assisting staff during peak times with picking & packing orders
- Training

**We will favour someone who has**
- Experience with any e-commerce platform/marketplace like Magento, Shopify, eBay;
- Previous roles in administration, retail management or online retail
- Is fun to be around and genuinely enjoys helping people;
- Will delight our customers;
- Uses apps, websites and software like it's second nature to them;
- Has had previous experience in an office environment and was known for being efficient with all platforms/programs used;
- Truly has the ability to multitask and enjoys a fast-paced environment;
- Has professional communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Is able to problem-solve and possess an excellent attention to detail.

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
