We're looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join the team Are you looking for a new challenge and want to be apart of one of Australia's fastest growing retailers? If so, we want to hear from you

**THE ROLE**

This role is responsible for providing support on a wide variety of projects including new store setup, refurbishment, site maintenance and general property management related activities.
- Review and identify maintenance requests from stores
- Attending to maintenance requests, coordinate trades and landlord to have works completed
- Implementation of ongoing routine maintenance
- Ordering new store materials (shelving, POS components)
- Accurately preparing and distributing maintenance quote requests and work orders
- Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates

**ABOUT YOU**

If you have demonstrated experience in a similar role and the ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner, express your interest today Some other things we look out for are;
- Demonstrated proficiency in a range of property maintenance activities
- Experience liaising with internal stakeholders and contractors
- Ability to follow policies and procedures, with a focus on workplace health and safety
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skillsEffective interpersonal and written communication skills
