**The Role**

We are on the lookout for an entry-level Administration Assistant to do all the general admin tasks and support the departments across the business. This role provides an excellent opportunity to obtain valuable office experience and significantly build on your existing skills.

This is an entry level **Monday to Friday** role (approximately 20-25 hours/week) and no previous experience in an office environment is required. We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, individual with excellent communication and the willingness to pick up new skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering/Transferring incoming phone calls
- Printing, copying, laminating
- Undertaking general and ad hoc office duties as directed/required
- Maintaining meeting rooms clean and tidy during the day
- Collecting mail and parcels and distributing as necessary.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- A positive attitude
- Be team focused, reliable, punctual and diligent
- Prior experience is not required as all training will be taught on the job. Ideally, this position would be best suited to High School Graduates or Early School leavers with strong organisational skills, motivation, and a willingness to learn.
