**About the Client**
a not-for-profit, professional peak body that represents all health and research professionals working in all fields of respiratory health.

They are a leading provider of evidence-based guidelines for the treatment of respiratory conditions in Australia and New Zealand. They provide industry research, professional education, training, and ongoing support to their members.

**About the person**
As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you will support all administration, coordination, and delivery of the events and educational courses. You will act as the host and first point of contact for visitors and members attending events and education courses.

You will have a passion for event and program management with previous project management experience. Provide excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as be organised and have excellent time management skills.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Prepare and Coordination of virtual and face-to-face educational course logistics including overseeing the development, delivery and participant evaluations and feedback.
- Assisting with the development of courses and webinar budget
- Work with the leadership team to
- o Review, develop and implement effective and efficient administrative procedures for educational opportunities
- Provide Secretariat support for Board subcommittees, and professional development-related meetings by organising online meetings, setting up agendas, taking minutes and processing actions
- Maintain accurate records and administrative tasks, monitor invoices, and raise purchase orders

**To be successful you will have**:

- Experience in an event or program administration/coordination
- Previous experience in customer relations and/or managing professional stakeholders
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
- Confidence and strong interpersonal skills and engagement with all levels of stakeholders
- Ability to use Microsoft Dynamics
- Presentation and public speaking skills
- Certificate/Tertiary degree/qualification or equivalent related experience is desirable
