About the Role
- Source, analyse and present data about access to mental health services and quality of service provision to culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) consumers to a range of stakeholders at meetings and forums to communicate service improvement priorities and drive change within organisations.
- Coordinate annual forums with stakeholders to review data, identify emerging needs and issues within transcultural mental health service delivery, share best practice and contribute to joint planning.
- Provide high-level advice and analysis to the management team within QTMHC with respect to key challenges and opportunities, policy, performance and planning with respect to transcultural mental health services.
