**Job**:Receptionist (Administration & Office Support)

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Meeting and greeting clients and suppliers.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answering, screening, and redirecting calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Management of meeting rooms, reception, and common areas. Ensuring areas are tidy and presentable. Assisting with the set-up and coordination of meetings.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Sorting incoming/outgoing mail. Monitoring several inboxes and internal programs. Managing Leads and Website inquiries.
- Providing assistance and support to the office manager and undertaking any additional activities as directed.
- Assisting the team with administrative support when required.
- General administration support, data entry, filing, and creating Purchase Orders.
- Liaising with clients, builders, sub-contractors & management.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Exceptional customer service & phone manners.
- High level of organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- At least 1 year of experience in a prior administration position.
- Construction or building knowledge/experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Beams Build software is an advantage.
