**About the role**

Sportsbet is looking for a passionate Technology Risk and Controls Analyst who will work alongside our Technology, Risk and Compliance and Business teams to help understand and validate our key Technology risks and controls.

You will work alongside the Senior Technology Risk and Controls specialist to assess risks, controls and performing control design and operating effectiveness assessments. Together, you will design and implement a cyber security controls assurance program aligned to industry good practices, Sportsbet security policies and external obligations (including ISO27001 and PCI-DSS) to effectively manage our technology and cyber security related risks.

You will be part of a broader Technology GRC and Cyber Security team which is full of experienced operators who enjoy the challenge that comes with working for a fast-growing digital organisation, are passionate about protecting our customer data, and know how to have fun while doing it.

Responsibilities include:

- Work with technology and risk/compliance stakeholders to refine and maintain the Technology Key Risk and Controls register.
- Agree and report emerging risks or control gaps, and support the development and prioritization of remediation plans. Ensure recommendations are well considered and consider risk and commercial outcomes.
- Assist with management reporting and metrics on the risk and control landscape, including reporting on progress of key risk reduction initiatives.

**About You**
- 3+ years of experience in Technology Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or Technology related internal/external audit.
- Solid understanding of IT General Controls and good practices for IT risk assessment and control assurance programs.
- Proven experience in technology controls assurance (e.g. advisory, internal or external audit roles)
- Knowledge of industry good practice such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO27001, CSF or PCI-DSS is beneficial.
