**About the Role**:
Maxima’s valued client are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Coordinator to join their versatile team. This role is responsible for providing support to several departments, undertaking various duties relating to sales and service.
- Timely processing of customer orders and enquiries
- Process sales enquires
- Answer all outbound Industrial inquiries, directing to the appropriate team for assistance
- Ensure all items leaving the warehouse are correctly invoiced
- Data entry for all sales and raising local requisitions for materials
- Coordinate and forecast sales orders from reports

**About You**:

- Ability to work under time constraints and harness initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills with ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High standard of computer proficiency and ability to prepare presentations to suppliers/stakeholders
