ICT Support Technician

Full-Time | Bentleigh East & Other BHN Locations

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide Service Desk and first-level technical support to staff across BHN.
- Maintain and administer client information management systems, including testing and training.
- Assist in the deployment, upgrade, and maintenance of ICT hardware, software, and systems.
- Monitor, audit, and support ICT network performance in line with BHN policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain support documentation and reports on ICT systems.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Microsoft certifications in: Windows Server 2016 Domain Services, Windows 10/11 Enterprise.
- Previous experience in an ICT Help Desk or First-Level Support role.
- Experience with hardware and software management in a Managed Operating Environment.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 Online Services, Power Automate, and Windows Server environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
