This role presents the opportunity to join a well established, supportive recruitment team and develop your skills in talent acquisition from the ground up.

With the support of Leadership and the wider team, this role provides the opportunity to get involved in recruitment, people and culture, HR initiatives and workforce planning. **About the Role**:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with the team here to develop your skills in recruitment, workforce planning, people and culture and HR initiatives.

You will manage the full end to end recruitment process including phone screening, coordinating interviews, working closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers, coordinating compliance checks, onboarding and induction of new employees.

In addition, you will work with the wider team to drive new culture focused initiatives with a view to continue to make Little Zak's Academy an amazing place to work for all employees across the business.

**About you**:

- Previously have graduated from a Degree in Business, HR, Psychology or another people related discipline
- Alternatively, have a strong background (with strong tenure) in a customer facing role such as retail, call centre, administration or customer support/service
- Have a strong ability to manage competing tasks well
- Have a passion for connecting and talking to new people and a drive to generate conversations that facilitate positive career moves
- Have the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly and efficiently
- Have a positive demeanour and the ability to think outside of the box
- Have a keen eye for detail
