**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic and Operational Support**
- Providing high-level administrative assistance, strategic planning, and operational guidance to senior management across areas such as staff coordination, financial planning, facility management, and information services.
**Resource Management**
- Overseeing and managing the organization’s administrative, financial, physical, and human resources to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
**Policy and Procedure Development**
- Developing and implementing procedural guidelines and policies for administrative, financial, and operational tasks to support organizational goals and staff operations.
**Analysis and Reporting**
- Analyzing complex resource management challenges and initiatives, and preparing comprehensive reports, correspondence, and submissions for decision-making.
**Financial Support**
- Providing accurate information and support to assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
**Team Leadership and Development**
- Leading, mentoring, and managing administrative staff to ensure seamless business operations and the delivery of timely, accurate information.
**Representation and Advocacy**
- Representing the organization in negotiations, conventions, seminars, public hearings, and forums, while actively promoting both new and existing programs and policies.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior corporate services role.
- Strong understanding of financial management and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
