A HRBP role based in Ryde, for a multinational manufacturing company based in Ryde, paying up to $150k base

**Your new company**

You will be joining a forward-thinking multinational manufacturing company based in Ryde.

**Your new role**

This is a one-year fixed term contract. As a Human Resources Business Partner you will be the trusted advisor for any people matters to your business units, as well as:

- Providing coaching and support to managers on HR issues;
- Implementing strategies across the business units;
- Managing workforce planning;
- Being the master on the employee experience.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your (local) experience in a similar HR business partnering role within a large organisation will lead you to success, as well as:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field;
- Strong coaching experience;
- Ability to drive change and implement strategies aligned with company goals;
- ER and IR expertise;
- Project management experience.
