Cromer, Australia Anytime Fitness - Club Roles Full time

**We are looking for a motivated Member Coach to join our brand new state-of-the-art Anytime Fitness facility in Cromer, Northern Beaches NSW**

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Member Experience Coach to join our team. The Member Experience Coach will be responsible for creating an exceptional onboarding experience to our community of AF members whilst providing guidance and support on their fitness journey, and ensuring they have everything they need to succeed. This role will also require you to facilitate small group training so a Cert III qualification in fitness is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute engaging and effective group fitness classes tailored to various fitness levels and interests.
- Conduct member onboarding sessions to familiarise new members with gym equipment, facilities, and safety protocols.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote group fitness programs and attract new members.
- Utilise social media platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook to promote group fitness classes, share fitness tips, and showcase member success stories.
- Conduct regular member retention calls to build rapport, gather feedback, and address any concerns or challenges members may be facing with their fitness journey or the gym experience.
- Perform EVOLT scans for members to provide comprehensive body composition analysis, including measurements of body fat percentage, muscle mass, hydration levels, and metabolic rate.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Fitness
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check
