Exciting project support role within the People and Culture Team

We have an immediate opening for an experienced project administrator to work within our Learning and Development Team. As part of an Australian wide retail project, we are looking for a strong, and experienced person who can assist and support our project leaders within the L&D team for the next 8 weeks.

What Will Your Day Look Like?
Reporting to the Head of Capability you will play a pivotal role in supporting and assisting with the administration of the day-to-day processes of the L&D ProjectsTeam. You will:

- Provide first-level assistance and management of diaries across the L&D retail team
- Assist with travel and administrative support with all functions and co-ordination
- Monitor the centralised diaries and inboxes to provide on the spot assistance
- Support with reporting and spreadsheets for expenses and travel
- Maintain accurate training folder and databases

About you
We're seeking a confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a part of a busy team. A little more specifically, you'll have:

- Preferred tertiary qualification in administration or experience in a support role.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Professional approach when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience working in a retail store environment is advantageous
