**Overview of the Role**:
The APAC Sales Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the APAC Business Unit. This role is a hybrid of traditional jobs in strategic planning, sales operations, finance, and sales analytics - requiring a mix of data analysis, sales optimization and business operational support.

This role will support the APAC sales organization and be directly involved in driving the continued success of Salesforce by supporting our growth strategy. Sample projects range from the strategic to the tactical initiatives including supporting day-to-day operations, quarterly forecast process, territory planning, and reporting automation.

Deliverables include detailed analytic models, custom performance analysis, building an automated, scalable reporting infrastructure, and packaging findings into presentation-ready content for Salesforce executives. The role requires interaction and trust with various areas of the organization and provides exposure to senior executives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Automate reporting and build dashboards for analysis using Tableau
- Contribute to the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process
- Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives
- Support strategic initiatives such as fixing weak business areas and identifying areas of opportunity and long term strategic planning

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in a sales strategy, data science, management consulting, finance, or product management organization
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, synthesize information, and develop solutions
- Professional experience creating Tableau dashboards. Certifications are a plus
- Proven knowledge with analytics programming languages and/or database management languages including but not limited to Python, R, or SQL is a plus
- Experience presenting insights to executives and non-technical audiences around analytics
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
