**The Role**
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter looking to further their professional career in Business Support, with long term opportunities to progress within our Business Support team.
In our fast paced and dynamic Charlestown office, you will provide effective support to enhance the office environment and ensure a positive experience for our clients and team alike. You will be joining an industry-leading team with a focus on assisting and supporting our people to achieve their goals.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls, greeting visitors and providing refreshments
- Inventory control including groceries, stationery etc.
- Oversee maintenance of office equipment
- Maintain general office presentation
- Managing post, couriers and banking
- Filing, scanning and document processing
- Assist with internal events including scheduling of meetings, minutes and catering
- Travel coordination including flights, accommodation and vehicle hire
- Provide assistance to Business Support and Engineering teams including preparation of correspondence and proposals as required
- Experience working in a similar role
- A proactive and helpful manner
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in developing and maintaining strong relationships internally
- Agility, reliability with excellent time management skills
- Initiative and the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- High work standards and attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy for all tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
