**The Role**

Based in our Charlestown office, you will be joining a fast paced, busy team and will enjoy operating with an appropriate level of autonomy, reporting to the Discipline Manager.

You will be responsible for supporting one of our engineering sections and will work with a diverse range of people both internally and externally, including clients, job managers and senior leaders.
- Financial administration for the section including invoicing, debtors and reporting.
- Assist with project administration, including preparation and submission of fee proposals, engineering reports and other project deliverables.
- 1:1 support to the Section Manager.
- General administrative duties to support managers and team members across the section.
- Work closely and efficiently with the wider business support team.

- Experience working in a similar role.
- An energetic people person who enjoys engaging with technical and non-technical team members.
- Strong accountability and reliability.
- Highly organised person who can contribute to the efficiency of the Section.
