**Job Description** About the role**

As a Professional Support Assistant, you will work closely with and support a team of Allied Health professionals. This is a full-time role based in Newcastle. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with data entry and producing data reports
- Assisting with invoicing processes
- Assisting with reception duties when required
- Providing all administration support to the team as required
- Managing outgoing mail for the team - scanning, copying, posting etc.

**Qualifications** What you’ll bring to the role**

You will be an experienced Administrator who is a team player, along with;
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills - ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of urgency and efficiency
