In specialised purpose-built facilities, our team can also manage unit dose packaging and vaccine storage and handling in cold rooms.
**Job Description**:
Toll Group is seeking a safety driven Team Supervisor to join our healthcare division servicing a new customer based at Eastern Creek. This role will lead a team of two in ensuring the customers palletised product is correctly managed inbound and outbound from the warehouse.
This position will be Monday - Friday and work am AM shift of 8am-4pm, however the hours may flex during customer ramp up. Join Toll, and gain access to genuine career pathways, a bespoke learning and development platform, and great benefits including salary sacrificing and corporate discounts
As the Team Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise a small team to oversee the inbound and outbound movements of our customers palletised stock.
- Ensure a safety obsessed workplace by adhering to relevant Toll policies and industry legislation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure frequent communication.
- Act on any ad hoc duties assigned by Toll leadership.
**Qualifications**:
***To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment; healthcare industry highly regarded, but not essential.
- A commitment to safe working practices and a Safety Obsessed attitude.
- Customer focus, and the ability to communicate at all levels.
